To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Eligible items include men’s belts, leather purses, and handbags. We recommend carefully inspecting your purchase upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.
Return Timeframe:

within this period. Requests made after 7 days may not qualify for a return.
Non-Refundable Items and Fees:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, we do not offer refunds; eligible returns will be issued as store credit,
which can be used toward a future purchase on our website. This policy allows us to maintain high standards in product quality and customer service.

Prepare the Package:
Once approved, package the item securely to ensure it arrives in the original condition.
Ship Back the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verified delivery of the item.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email,
and store credit for the item’s purchase value will be added to your eGallery account. This credit can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the replacement item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.
